1. Separate Accounts for Client Funds: Although escrow or trust accounts are not an option in Denmark, we have separate accounts specifically dedicated to client funds. These accounts functions similarly to a client account (known from Law Firms), where all client revenues are identified and accurately recorded as soon as they are deposited to the account.

2. Oversight and Compliance: We collaborate closely with our legal advisor, Anders Kildsgaard at Riemann Advokatfirma, to establish guidelines for safe management of client funds. Our external auditor Ulrik Dahl at JS Revision, monitors our compliance with these guidelines, providing an additional layer of security.

3. Fraud Prevention Measures: We work closely with Bo Pyskow at Sixtus Compliance to stay ahead of data protection and cybersecurity threats. In terms of external fraud, any unauthorized attempt to access Playback funds would require hacking our online banking system, which has never occurred in Denmark. Additionally, we have online banking insurance in place to cover such a scenario. For internal security, no funds can leave our system without dual approval from our management team, ensuring that every transaction is verified.

4. Insurance for Transactions and Withdrawals: All transactions and withdrawals are insured for amounts up to 10 million DKK per transaction.

5. Protection in Case of Bankrupcy: In the unlikely event that our company encounters financial difficulties, rest assured that our client funds are 100% separated from our operational accounts. Furthermore, we have strong backing from an experienced board of directors, who have successfully navigated the startup landscape before, ensuring our users are never adversely affected by such hypotheticals.
